Here are a few of the things we look at to see if you qualify to become a sperm donor.
SCREENING & TESTING
- Semen Analysis with excellent count,
motility, morphology, and recovery
from the freezing process.
- Three generation family health
history with no indication of major
genetically linked disease, and gives
our clients the best chance of having
a child that can experience a long
and healthy life.
- Donors must have a lifestyle that
is low risk for contracting
communicable diseases.
- Complete physical exam, and
approval by an independent physician.
- Complete Urinalysis and Genital cultures
- Drugs of Abuse Screening.

- Complete blood workup for general health as well as testing for communicable
diseases that can be transmitted in semen.
- Genetic testing for mutations known to cause Cystic Fibrosis. Other testing
may be appropriate depending on background and ethnicity.

In addition to this you must be in high demand. Sorry but the people buying the sperm want the cream of the crop, and that's not just a clever pun. They want the good looking, over 6 foot tall, athletic genious. Well, we all know that won't be happening even if it is what they want.
In reality, if you are over 5'8", have adult education at any level beyond high school, (such as college, vocational, or technical), and are within normal limits of weight for your muscular build and height, you are a potential candidate to become a donor. We need all types of donors, with all types of racial and ethnic backgrounds, and encourage anyone willing to help others to set up an initial screening appointment.
Donor compensation may be adjusted up for those donors with higher
than minimum qualifications.
